How an appointment works
Appointment only means someone is ready for you when you walk in.
- Step 1
Call to book
Reach us at (775) 471-9010. Tell us what you need and we'll set a time, 8 AM to 4:30 PM any day of the week.
- Step 2
Bring the firearm and your ID
Transport it unloaded and cased. Bring any parts you want installed and a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Step 3
We inspect and quote first
We look it over with you, explain what it needs and give you a quote. No work starts without your okay.
- Step 4
Pick up
We'll contact you when it's ready and set up a pickup appointment to go over the work with you.
Service questions
Do I need an appointment for gunsmithing or other services?
Yes. We're open 8 AM to 4:30 PM, seven days a week, by appointment only. Call to book a time so we can give your firearm our full attention.
Will I know the cost before work starts?
Yes. We inspect the firearm and go over what it needs and the quote with you before any work begins. Nothing gets done without your approval.
What should I bring to my appointment?
The firearm, transported unloaded and cased, any parts you want installed, and a valid government-issued photo ID.
Are your gunsmiths certified?
Yes. We're factory and manufacturer trained with formal gunsmithing degrees. Certifications include AGI Master Armorer, GLOCK Certified Armorer Advanced and Cerakote certification, with over 100 years of combined experience.
Where are you located?
4840 E Navajo Blvd, Pahrump, NV 89061, in Nye County, about an hour west of Las Vegas.
