FFL transfers in Pahrump

Call us before you buy so we can send our FFL to the seller. Then have the seller ship the firearm to Regular Dude Defense. We'll contact you when it arrives.

Call the shop before shipping to confirm receiving arrangements. Standard FFL transfer service is $50 with a valid qualifying Nevada CCW permit; the Nevada state background-check fee is waived. Without that permit, the service is $50 plus the $25 Nevada state background-check fee, for a $75 total. If you ship a firearm without calling the shop first, the no-contact transfer rate applies instead: $100 total with qualifying NV CCW, or $100 plus the $25 state fee without CCW ($125 total). NFA paperwork, shipping and any applicable taxes are confirmed separately.

A valid, government-issued photo ID and your valid Nevada CCW permit if claiming the background-check exemption and state fee waiver. ATF Form 4473 is still required. Without a qualifying permit, the required background check is completed at pickup.

Nevada runs its own firearm background checks through the Nevada Department of Public Safety. When required, the check is completed at pickup and carries a $25 state fee. A valid qualifying Nevada CCW permit provides the background-check exemption and state fee waiver.

Federal law requires you to be 21 or older to receive a handgun from a licensed dealer, and 18 or older for a rifle or shotgun.
