This website is operated by Regular Dude Defense in Pahrump, Nevada. It provides information about our shop, inventory and services. Our website access policy is 21 and older. Age confirmation does not establish eligibility to buy or possess a firearm and does not replace identification, background checks, dealer paperwork or other legal requirements.

Visits are by appointment. Call (775) 471-9010 or send a message to arrange a visit. A message or phone-link click does not complete a purchase, reserve inventory or confirm an appointment. Confirm arrangements with the shop.

Our service price sheet explains published rates and transfer charges. Labor has no minimum charge. We estimate the time for the requested work and obtain customer approval before exceeding the estimate. Parts and other charges are identified in the estimate where applicable. Custom work, repairs and training arrangements are confirmed directly with the shop.

Call before shipping a firearm for transfer. The published no-contact transfer rate applies when a firearm is shipped without calling first. Eligibility for a Nevada CCW background-check exemption must be verified; a permit does not remove other required transfer paperwork.

Inventory can change between updates. Product descriptions, photos and displayed prices provide information for an inquiry; confirm the item, condition, availability and final price with the shop before making arrangements. This website has no online checkout.

We correct website errors when identified. If you spot an incorrect price, description or broken feature, please contact us. Any correction to a confirmed order or service agreement must be discussed with the customer and handled under applicable law.

Articles and resources provide general information. They are not individual legal advice, a substitute for hands-on instruction, or a determination that a firearm or accessory is lawful for a particular person or location. Laws and agency guidance can change. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and confirm questions with the appropriate qualified professional or authority. Outside websites have their own content and terms.

Do not use the website to submit unlawful requests, send malicious files, misrepresent your identity, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access to private information or systems. Use the contact form for ordinary inquiries; do not upload or paste identity documents, payment details or confidential firearm records.

Our privacy policy explains contact delivery, cookies and optional analytics. Confirming your age or contacting the shop does not require accepting optional analytics. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice.

These website terms do not waive non-waivable consumer rights, release the shop from all liability, or replace a signed service, sales or training agreement. Any product warranty, return arrangement or service-specific conditions must be explained and agreed separately where applicable. Nothing here changes obligations imposed by applicable law.
